YouTube editing for creators

You film it. I make it watchable.

Story, pacing, sound and captions, handed back ready to publish. We start with one trial edit so I learn your style, then every video is one flat price. No packages, no minimums.

How pricing works

One trial edit. Then one flat price.

Every channel edits differently. A 20-minute video packed with effects can take longer than an hour-long vlog, so I don't guess. We find out on one real video, then you pay the same price for every video after it.

Step 1

Trial edit

One of your real videos, edited the way you like your videos to feel.

$95an hour, capped

I look at your footage first and quote a cap. You never pay more than that, even if it takes me longer.

  • A full edit of one real video
  • Matched to 2–3 of your videos you send as a reference
  • 2 rounds of changes
  • Shows us both what your videos really take

How most creators work with me Step 2

Your flat price

One price per video, set from the trial, the same every time.

$300–$600a video, for most vlog and talking-head videos

The time a typical video of yours takes once I know your style, at $95 an hour. Heavy effects or very long edits run more.

  • No packages, no contract, no minimums
  • Pay per video, when you approve it
  • We look at the price again after your first 5 videos
  • A video way outside your usual gets quoted first

Add-on

Thumbnail

For any video I edit, if you want one. I make my own, too.

$50a video

Two versions so you can test them, built from your real frames and photos.

  • Your face, your footage, your style
  • Bold and readable at phone size
  • Sized for YouTube, ready to upload
Add a thumbnail

I take on a small number of channels, so every video gets my full attention and comes back on time. If I don't have room right now, I'll tell you when I will.

What's included

Everything between raw and ready.

Every video, on every package, gets the full treatment. Nothing here is an upsell.

The cut

Story first: a hook that earns the first 30 seconds, the dead air gone, scenes moved where they work better, and the pacing your viewers already expect from you.

Color and sound

Shots matched so the episode looks like one day, voices leveled and cleaned up, music sitting under the talking, not on top of it.

Captions and chapters

An accurate caption file, proofread line by line, plus chapter timestamps for your description.

Music that won't get claimed

From your own licensed library or YouTube's Audio Library, so the video keeps its money and doesn't get a copyright claim.

Your style, not mine

The trial is where I learn your pacing, your humor and the moments you'd never cut. After that, edits come back sounding like you.

Thumbnails, if you want them

A $50 add-on: two versions built from your real frames and photos, readable at phone size.

Extras, priced up front

Anything outside your usual video is $95 an hour, and I tell you before I start, never after.

Two rounds come with every video. Past that, by the hour.

How handoff works

Drop it in a folder. Hit publish.

No new apps to learn. You upload, I edit, you leave notes on the exact second, and the finished video lands where you want it.

Day 0Upload

Footage into our shared folder, with a quick note or voice memo on the story. For the trial, add 2–3 of your videos to match.

Usually within 2 business daysFirst cut

A private review link. Pause anywhere and leave a note pinned to that second.

Usually a day each2 rounds

Your notes, done. A second round if you want one. Most videos are locked after the first.

Ready to goDelivered

The full-quality master and caption file in your folder (plus thumbnails if you added them), or a private draft in YouTube Studio.

Paying is simple: you approve the video, pay its flat price, and the full-quality file is yours. Want me to upload it? Add me as an Editor in YouTube Studio's permissions. I'll upload the video as a private draft with your title, description, chapters and captions; you give it a last look and press publish. You never share a password, and you can remove me any time.

My own channels

I edit for YouTube every week.

I run two channels of my own, so I know what a deadline, an algorithm and a comment section feel like. I film, edit and make the thumbnails for both.

YouTube editing questions

Quick answers.

Written for people and for search. These answers are also in this page's structured data, so someone asking an assistant "how much does YouTube editing cost?" can get the real number.
How much does YouTube video editing cost?

Every channel starts with a trial edit at $95 an hour, capped at a price I quote after looking at your footage. After that you pay one flat price per video, set from what a typical video of yours takes. Most vlog and talking-head videos land between $300 and $600 a video; effects-heavy edits run more. Thumbnails are a $50 add-on.

Why start with a trial edit?

Every creator edits differently. A 20-minute video full of effects can take longer than an hour-long vlog. The trial shows us both what your videos really take, so the flat price after it is fair to both of us.

How fast will I get my edit back?

First cuts usually come back within 2 business days of your footage landing in our shared folder, often sooner, and changes usually take a day.

Do you use AI to make my videos?

Your edit is cut from your own footage, and thumbnails are built from your own frames and photos. No AI-generated faces, voices or footage.

How do I send footage and give notes?

You drop your footage into a shared folder with a short note or voice memo on the story. I send a private review link where you can leave notes at the exact second. Two rounds of changes are included.

Can you upload the video to my channel?

Yes. Add me as an Editor in YouTube Studio and I'll upload it as a private draft with your title, description, chapters and captions, so you just check it and publish. Or I send the final files to your folder and you upload.

Is there a contract or a monthly minimum?

No. There are no packages, no contract and no minimums: you pay per video, when you approve it. If your videos start taking a lot more or less time, we look at the price again together.

Do you cut Shorts too?

Not as a regular part of the service. I focus on your main videos. If you need a Short now and then, ask and I'll quote it.

Do you only work with creators in Orlando?

No. Editing is fully remote, so you can be anywhere. If you're near Orlando and want a shoot too, half-day shoots are $600.

Let's talk

Tell me about your channel.

Send me your channel link and how often you upload. I'll look at a video or two, then quote a cap for your trial edit, so you see the work before you commit to anything. I reply within one business day.
