Once 10 families from the same team hold a Season Pass, the price drops to $445 for all of them, including the ones who signed up first. It happens automatically: anyone already charged gets the difference refunded, so nobody is punished for going early. A fuller game genuinely costs me less per family to cover, so I'd rather pass that back than leave seats empty.
A Team Season Pass puts me on your sideline all season for one flat rate: highlight clips or a recap every game, plus a full photo album for the program. Most programs fund it from the booster budget. Families still book their own player's film separately.

I aim to confirm by 4 days before the game. You're only charged once it confirms. If it never does, your card is never charged, so there's nothing to refund.
If two games at different fields land in the same time slot, whichever confirms first gets the trip, so the sooner your team locks in, the better your odds. Once a booking is confirmed and charged, it's final.

If there's one play you already know about, and you can tell me roughly when it happened, that's $45, or $70 cut as a reel with your song on it. No deposit, no searching: you point me at the moment, I pull it. If I can't find it, you pay nothing. Two clips is two of these.
If I was at that game for other families, I may already have footage of your player, and I keep every game I film until my archive resets each September. $25 gets me searching my archive, charged when you order and non-refundable, because search time is search time.
