Mike the Filmer
For coaches, team managers, boosters & athletic directors

Coverage for the whole program.

One flat rate puts me on your sideline. Highlight clips or a recap video after every game, plus a full photo album your program can actually post. No per-game invoicing, no coordination on your end.

Who books this

Whoever handles it for your program.

Head coaches, athletic directors, team managers and the parent booster clubs that fund most of this. I work with all of them. You don't need a title to start the conversation, just the ability to say yes on behalf of the team.

Where families fit in

Team coverage buys content for the program: clips and photos for your socials. It's separate from a family buying their own athlete's recruiting film, which parents book directly on the high school page.

Nothing about a team booking asks you to collect money from families or chase individual orders. Those come to me.

Team Season Pass

$1,495flat · 6 games guaranteed

Six games covered, up to ten if the schedule allows. One invoice for the season.

  • Six games guaranteed. I'm one person with one camera, and I'd rather promise six and turn up for nine than promise ten and miss two.
  • Beyond six I cover every game I can make, up to ten. We pick which ones together at the start of the season, so the games that matter are locked in.
  • If I somehow don't make six, you're refunded the difference at the single-game rate. It has never happened.
  • 2–4 highlight clips or a 1-minute recap video after each game, cut for social
  • Full photo album from every game, yours to use. Team photo on request.
  • Delivered in 1–5 days; 24-hour turnaround available
  • One booking, one payment link, no chasing anyone

Team Single Game

$325/game

For a rivalry game, senior night or a playoff run.

  • Same deliverable as the Season Pass, for one game
  • Multi-game discounts available, just ask
  • Six of these is $1,950 against $1,495 for the season, and the pass guarantees six as a floor, not a ceiling

How programs pay

Per family, from the booster fund

$60per family for the whole season

Most schools don't have a media line in the athletic budget, so this usually comes out of the booster fund, a normal line item alongside banquet and gear. I invoice the organization directly with a secure payment link: no cash collection, no reimbursement paperwork.

Preseason

Media day.

Full studio lighting and a backdrop, on location at your school. This is the one place I switch from video-first to photo-first, and it's some of my best work. Every digital goes to every family and to the coach, which is the part picture-day companies charge parents for.

Whole-School Day

$650per additional team

Same day, same location, 45–60 minutes per team once the lighting is set.

  • Run several programs back to back: the rig only gets built once
  • Every team gets its own portraits, gallery and hype video
  • The cheapest way to get every roster shot consistently, in one visit
  • Tell me how many teams and I'll build a schedule around practices
Plan a school day

Why this is usually a booster line item

Most school photo days cost the program nothing and cost each family around $75 to get their own kid's pictures, plus order forms, somebody chasing families for money, and the parents who quietly don't buy and end up with nothing. I charge the program once. Every family gets every image, the coach gets the whole set, and you get a hype video a picture-day company doesn't offer at all.

Your season, documented.

Content your program can actually post, and families still get their own athlete's film separately.
